Yea they did. They came with 15in steelies and hubcaps on the 01-02 ex models. The 03 ex models came with the 99-00 si wheels.

What you do to your fenders that you need stock fenders? also theres a auto place on loop 12 and irving blvd near texas stadium where they sell cheap taiwan replacement parts if you want to go that route. I believe its called " New World Auto Parts".
