while at a stop sign, another poor unfortunate soul looses control and breaks my front fender.

ICBC has estimated the total cost at $750.

I drive a 99 civic 4 dr LX sedan. anyone recommend a good autobody shop that will be willing to do a few other repairs on the side, some paint ships from the wheel fender area, tire chain marks etc...

also looking to see if I can substitute the stock bumper with an aftermarket, better looking but not insane front bumper...

any ideas on a shop ? place to looks for decent after market front bumpers ?
