ATTN ALL: Plastic Parts behide Steering Wheel?!?!?

OK I bought a steering wheel puller and removed it with success Now I've run into another road block Now that it's off there's a curcular plastic peice. I see one clip at the bottom, after uncliping that it still firmly tight and I don't see another clip at the top or anywhere on it? I've gotten this far, so there's no turning back! lol.

I need to know how to get that part off w/o braking something?

Here is a Diagram of the STEERING COLUMN

Here is a Diagram of the STEERING WHEEL (SRS)

If anyone knows of a better diagram on the net please fill me in asap

Thx

So I can do a 2k2 coupe wiper arm INT. Swap All of the 2k1's wiper arms don't have the INT. feature, and yes that comes in very handy when it's ranning. When I bought my car I was foundering Y they didn't have that feature, and boom the 2k2 Coupes have it now so I bought the new arm and to put it on i have to remove the steering wheel and stuff.

Look at the diagram for the COMBINATION SWITCH. It looks like you don't have to remove the whole plastic assembly, it looks like you can remove the screws labeled 21, and it should slide out the side.
