Exclamation Idling Problem! Help!
well. when i start my honda civic 1996 ej9, and when it eventually warms up it starts to aggressively idle! the needle constantly goes up and down. drives fine though. taken to several garages but cannot diagnose problem. any suggestions would be very much appreciated in identifing my cars problem.

vaccum leak, i had the same problem. i did a smoke test and found it was coming out from under my tb, due to me boring it out to much.
