taking off the glove box

I know when somebody posted about painting their dash, they included the info about how to take off the glove box, but I can't seem to find that post now...I know the glove box is just being held by two bolts at the bottom. I can only get to one of them b/c there's a piece of plastic covering whatever is below the glove box, and it covers one of the bolts too. Has anybody figured out how to take that off?

Look in your owners manual, it shows how to remove the glove box so that you can change the filters.
