hi , please some body tell me how I can gain WHP in me civic 2000 jdm vi rs ferio , with d15b , mi time is 17.3 stock , with CVT transmision , please help me for do 16.6 , thanks

instant 10's 
intake, header and exhaust should give you a little boost, but not much. if you're just gonna do the quarter mile, just put a wet nitrous kit on it.
