Air bags

Does anyone know how to take out the air bag in the steering wheel and in the dash. I want to put in a new steering wheel and when a turbo comes out, I want to put my gauges in the dash. Thanks.

airbags weren't placed in your car for no reason.

umm yea...what would happen to you if you got in a wreck and didnt have your seatbelt on and your air bags werent in the car? umm yea youd be F*ucked!!

yeah, i checked into that cause i wanted to put a screen in my steering wheel, and i checked on it with an insurance agent that goes to my church, and he said that the insurance wouldnt help pay for anything in the case of and accident.

Oh please, I drove a 92 Passat before this with no airbags. I wasn't even scared. The point is airbags help but seat belts are the most important thing.
