popping sound

i'm hearing this popping sound on the drieverside of my 03 ex coupe when I turn the wheel. It happens pretty consistently, but not all the time. Stock shocks with lowering springs on there, I remember readin somethin a while back about the suspension doing this on 01 civics due to the springs clashing. I plan on switching out the shocks pretty soon, will that fix the problem or is it somethin else? Thanks

Re: popping sound

POP-POP....Well not exactly but I have that damn popping sound lingering with a fully adjustable coilover set. I back the top nut off, drive slowly turning back and forth quickly in the alley behind my house, let it set and it goes away. That is until the weather **** me and it gets cold again I gotta do it over.

And yes for those paying attention I'm being cheap and lazy. I don't want to take it apart and grease!
