Shock/Strut Lifetime Warranties. .
Has anyone had to send in their shocks/struts in for warranty work? Most of the good companies have lifetime warranties, but that doesn't mean they are worth a darn. To me, service after the sale weighs in largely with the brand I'm going to go with.
What brand do you have?
How good was their support and warranty work?
What was the turn around time?
Did you have to send the shocks to them?
Did they pay for shipping?
Did they hassel you before taking them in for warranty?

I know Koni won't pay for shipping, but they will check the shocks first to see if you voided the warranty. AFter they check the shocks, they will determine whether it was your fault or not. Their customer services, I hear, is good.
