Engine Shakes A Little When Turning Off

I bought a 01 Civic no more then a month ago. It's a 5 speed. i recently noticed that it vibrates for about a seconds when i turn it off. What can it be?

Re: Engine Shakes A Little When Turning Off

yeah normal, my car has done it for a few years now, maybe engine mounts are getting weak but its nothing to worry about. could be rattling against something in the bay since the engine moves when turned off. next time have someone turn the car off while you look under the hood. it will shake.

well i just drove a ford pos pickup for my work delivering stuff and it shakes while driving lol. omg its amazing what you take for granted owning a civic and then you drive some other car and get a lil shock from how suck it is.

Totally normal, my 04 Civic (manual) does it, and so does the 07 Civic sedan I'm driving right now because my car is at the dealer getting the tranny fixed. The 07 also vibrates while sitting in traffic.
