My 01 civic just hit 56,000 miles and I dont know what other maintnance I need done to it... I do the regular like brakes, oil and I had my antifreeze flushed... Thats all I have done to the car I had it for 6yrs already... What else do I need done? tune-up? what? I dont know too much about engine stuff. Please give me some info, thanks.

replace the transmission fluid, a tune up wouldn't hurt, and start thinking about replacing the timing belt.. my 04' has 75k miles and the belt is loose and needs replacement spark plugs should still be good too.

My car is automatic so I still need to replace the tranny fluid? So the brake fluid does'nt get change never rite?

Change the tranny fluid.
Timing belt should be good until 100k
Check your plugs, but they should be good until 100k (never hurts to change them though)
Check/change air filter
check/change in cabin filters
I would bleed your brakes, but it isn't necessary
Grease your door/hood hinges

If it's an automatic, I'd change the tranny fluid every 30K. I'm a little over-excessive on maintenance but that fluid takes more of a beating than the manual fluid does.
