anyone tried painting the fabric?
hey, I saw on one site that there's some kind of fabric paint. anyone tried to paint the interior frabic in our cars? I need some opinions. thanks!

My roommate just finished painting the interior an coth seats of his 240. It looks nice as hell, but feels alot stiffer than before. He used a paint made by Plasti-Cote. You can get it at any Pep Boys I believe. Oh, by the way, he painted his seats black which looks really cool at a distance, but up close you can see all the of the lint and dust that easily shows up. I used a can of the black Plasti-Cote paint to redo my floor mats. Now that was the best $5.00 I've ever spent.
It saved me fom buying the $70 momo floor mats, still has "Civic" badge, and looks sweet!

I don't have that problem with painting the Seats Black in my 2002 Civic EX Coupe.....since they are black leather and heated [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/beer_yum.gif[/IMG]
