I have a 2003 civic DXG with A/T . I just recently found that when I have the car in park, and I press the brake pedal, I hear a clicking noise in the A/T shifter. Also, when in park, and I press the shifter release, I hear the same clicking noise only I hear it in the dash . Is this normal ??? I have never noticed it before . In addition, on a regular basis, when driving, I am getting a squeaking noise in my brake pedal and also a popping noise as well . Can somebody please help me ???

I noticed that also when I press the shifter button when the car is in number 2 in the ignition. I believe it is just a relay. I don't think it is anything to worry about.
