SSM 2005 Civic Si in SoCal, $16k

I have to sell my EP so I can afford to move out of my apartment and so that I can buy my girlfriend an engagement ring. I'll be replacing it with a $7K-$10k car.

-19,900 miles
-Always garaged kept.
-Polished and waxed A LOT.
-Interior is in mint condition.
-The body is in nearly flawless condition (flawless??? I have engagement rings on my mind).
-Well taken care of. Never raced. Only used Motul or Mobil 1 5W-30 since the very first oil change.
-Includes 16" wheels off of an RSX Type-S with Honda "H" center caps, wheels are in great shape.
-Includes Spoon Sports N1 axleback exhaust.
-Includes front and rear Type-R red "H"s
-Includes K&N Air filter.
-Includes brand spankin' new Spoon Sports Progressive springs installed less than 300 miles ago (I had to wait 2 months for these things since they are so hard to come by now). I will also throw in the stock springs.
-Includes 02-03 Civic Type-R taillights off of a German Type-R
-DOES NOT include: Carbon Fiber Type-R wing or Spoon Sports duracon shift **** with shift boot adapter. The OEM wing and shift **** will be installed at the time of sale unless you negotiate these items into the price. The CF wing was $300 new (purchased 2 months ago - perfect condition), and the spoon sports **** was purchased for $62 about 3 months ago.
The car is located in Costa Mesa, but I frequent Irvine and Mission Viejo/Santa Margarita area a lot.
