DIY: Painting inserts??

I have looked all over this site and i can't find the DIY for painting the inside of the headlights. Can anyone help??

Just take them out by following the DIY for cleared headlights. When the inserts are out, tape off what parts you do not want painted, and use high-temp spraypaint. Do several light coats and let dry. Check my sig for a pic. Good luck.
