went in for a balancing/alignment, came out with a raped wheel.
Apparently some dude just got hired and didn't know how to use the impact gun, was removing one of my lug nuts and it some how turned into an actual gun. Decided to shoot a lug nut at my wheel and left an nice ding on it the size of a quarter, you can basically see the layers of paint and metal. Was expecting free service because of what happend but they ended up saying that they're gonna replace the damaged wheel.

happend like a month ago but since so cal is so dead just decided to post up a rant.

haha...i cant believe you let them work on your car. theres no way in hell i would trust anyone who works there working on anything i own. at least they compensated for the damage.

damn, you guys are harsh. i've had my car serviced there multiple times. 3 sets of tires put on. a billion rotations and oil changes. had fender wells cut. and they've always been really really good.

My cuzn had his oil changed there last time for his rx-8. He got home to put in a front strut bar and still noticed his original Mazda oil filter still there. checked the oil and it was used motor oil. turns out they didn't change his oil at all. came back and basically said "wtf!?!?" They offered 10 free services of any kind he wanted for the time lost but my cuzn gave them the middle finger.

What up Oscar!!! Yiah replacing my wheel was like an added bonus I guess. I have to wait 3months for them to get that thing in, by then my cars prolly gonna be parted. so n e one that buys the wheels gonna get a full size spare.
