3/4 Gear noisey 5 speed

3/4 Gear noisey 5 speed
When I let off the clutch pedal 3rd and 4th gear have a small growling sound, pretty faint but i can hear something, it goes away when high rpms in 4th and 5th gear. Am I approaching a tranny rebuild? It shifts fine...
