on my mysteriously lowered 02 civic si, i'm trying to figured out what kind of springs (i believe progress) these are and if anything else has been done. Also what i should do about it, since i believe the struts are stock (as you'll see in the pics) and the ride is gross. Would getting some blue tocikos even help smooth it out any? should i go back to stock springs? or do i go for the super expensive coil overs that'll make me broke all summer long? and thank you to anyone who responded to my last 2 posts and anyone who responds to this one.

Ok, Appears to be progress springs.

Shocks are probably blown.
