More power w/o the turbo

[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG] Hey guys can you give me tips on pumping more hps outta my civ without using turbo?
will sport air filters, sparkplugs and intake replacement do the job? or you got better ideas?
I just want beef up my civ for everyday use..no plans to race it soon anyway so i wanna stick with the law for the moment..hehe.
