i got a dent on top of the the d.s. fender next to the hood. i tried to push up on it from the inside but it didnt buldge. any1 have oppinions.

This is what I heard...Take a piece of ice and hold it on the ding until the fender is that cold, then take the ice off and apply heat via a heat gun or HOT blow dryer... This is only what I heard

i also did a search oh that and it only worked once, the other ppl who tried that said it didnt do anything; and 1 guy said it made his dent worse

just take the fender out and kick the dent from the inside... works much better than hitting it from an awkward angle [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]

Park beside a beater car, or make a dent in the car beside you, so yours is less noticeable [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

I got pretty bad door ding from some SUV in a parking lot.....I couldn't live with it... cost me $370

I dont know about where you live but in Louisiana, USA we have a place called Dent Genie who will fix all dents on your car for like $50. They do a really good job and you cannot tell the dent was ever there. I never had mine done (no dents yet) but a friend of mine did his and you really cant tell it was ever there. Maybe check your area and see if you have one locally. Good Luck
