Turbo not going into boost! Help!

Hey, my turbo isn't going into boost and I don't know why!!! It has a vaccuum read on the boost gauge but won't go into boost. I can hear the turbo spooling but don't feel anything and my blow off valve isn't doing anything. I checked all piping and hoses and everything is in tact and I don't think that my wastegate is stuck open because i can still move it and it still retracts. HELP ME PLEASE! Also, if it just so happens that my wastegate is stuck open, how do i fix that? And, I need to clarify how I ran my hoses. I have a hose running from the wastegate actuator to the nipple on my turbo since I don't want to adjust stock settings, the b.o.v. and boost gauge are hooked up the the vaccuum line. If I have something wrong then let me know. Everything has been working until these last couple of days. Thanks.

if its an adjustable arm, then make sure that the flapper is shut (arm not too long). otherwise, you're gonna have to keep looking for a boost leak, and I wouldnt hammer the gas to find out, if the cold side is leaking its free to overspeed since there's no boost resisting and the WG isnt opening without the boost to trigger it.

Are you not going into boost while driving or while standing still?
May be you just need to get your car upto speed and then see if it boosts.

check your blowoff valve it could be stuck open. i had that happen to me once. also double check your pipings again, it may look like its connected so try pulling on the connections to see if its on tight.
