You need a camber kit as well...this thread will get locked probably but to answer your question...yes you can, BUT its always a good idea to replace springs and struts together...you can get some nice after market struts that would make the ride better. Search for Koni or Tokico or KYB. Don't get Ebay springs or struts either.
