Sweet!! Thank you for your input. I think this is the set up i will be purchasing soon if some deals fall through on full coilovers. I just wasn't sure if the Dspecs could handle the drop of the sportlines.

I have sportlines on stock shocks/struts and I think the ride is alright. More on the firm side of the bounce compared to the OEM setup. The camber difference without a kit is really noticeable at the back, enough that it kinda bugs me. I had H&R sports and race on my 92 Hback and the camber wasnt as noticeable after the drop. I am thinking of going to Megans dampening kit after i save up for it. I will try post a pic later on to show u a drop of it. Though the cornering and the handling is much better than stock, the body roll is completely reduced with Eibachs.....hope this helps

Bigain, sweet pics... it looks like christmas in spring. I'll be putting Dspecs on my 02 coupe pretty soon, let me know what dampening level you adjust your Dspecs to so I can get an idea of how to adjust my car.

Lol Yeah my avatar is The Big Island of Hawaii. Anyways, today I found out my Dspecs didnt come with bump stops so i had to purchase new ones from stealership ($102.25). Sh**TY deal but I am pretty sure i needed them. right?
Re: Sportlines & Dspecs
I'm not too versed on suspension installs.... but couldn't you have just used the ones from the stock setup?? instead of buying new ones?? I know my springs I just got (Sportlines) say to cut off 30mm from the front, and leave the rears alone.. and I'm pretty sure that a few peeps I have talked to say to re-use the leftovers from the old unless they are broken/bad shape.

Re: Sportlines & Dspecs
I am sure i could've used the old ones but I had a friend drop my car the first time and he threw them out which put me in the situation I am in. Free is not always better. O'well they are ordered and on their way. and welcome to the boards

Re: Sportlines & Dspecs
Sweet choice!! The "instructions" dont say anything about trimming your bumpstops and actually doesn't mention them once. I am just glad to have them and I am going to be installing everything myself as soon as the stops arrive.
Re: Sportlines & Dspecs
$120?!?!?!? and you didn't pick them up on site??? man.. I would have went to hondaautomotiveparts and picked up a pair. If you are missing the front bump stopper (part #369031) then it should have only cost ya about $16 plus the shipping.... Prolly a little more for shipping going to the islands, but not enough to warrant a spike in cost that would be that high..... I guess you're riht when you call it a stealership!!

Re: Sportlines & Dspecs
Nothing about trimming huh? Well that's good. I don't even know what the hell they look like! This is going to be my first big project. We'll see how it goes haha. My camber kit came in yesterday
so that was a little appetizer for the shocks and the work this weekend.
