Im looking into these two header's and I noticed that one of them has a o2 bung and the other one dont. But both of them are for a EX. So my question is , why are they different if they says that they are for the same model (EX) Im kinda confused here. I have a 01 EX and now I dont know which one I need.

Doesnt matter which one you get, if you get the one with the bung, make sure it has the plug - you wont be using it if your stocker doesnt have it, which my 01 ex doesnt. Id get the header without the plug if I could.

But I belive mine (stock header) has a O2 bung right there, but I could be mistaking. BUt if it does, do I need a O2 spacer or I just screw the O2 sensor right in the O2 bung??? BTW will I throw a check engine light or have trouble with the emissison or anything liek that. Sorry for this NOOB questions, but its my first 01 Civic Im working on

If you have an EX, your o2 sensor is in the downpipe not the header.

No, it's a EX. The LX has a pre-cat in the header and mine doesnt so it has to be EX.

Why would you do headers before intake? Wider pipes for the exhaust (header) isnt going to help unless you can get more air in the engine to begin with (intake)

I have a bunch of parts for it, including intake. I just havent installed anything on the car, cuz it's still being worked on it.

Im still in progress finishing the car up, so thats why everything is so dusty and dirty (bondo). I will deff. clean the engine bay, oh yeah you should see the inside of the car...lol Veryyy dirty from all the bondo work.
