How can i remove stereo from 2002 Civic Vision?

Hi,

I've just bought a 2002 Civic Vision and was hoping to change the stereo but I can't seem to find a way to remove the original Honda one without ripping and scratching the dash board. Can anyone help please??

I think it's a ordinary Civic that has been made to look like an R-type. I think there a UK or European car.

I've got the same problem, I need to replace the existing dysfunctional radio and having difficulty to remove it. I am trying to upload the dash board image here now. Anyone can help me out will be much appreicated.
