Question Should I, or Shouldn't I?

Good Morning All,
I'm a brand new member, and I am seriously considering purchasing an '03 White Civic Hybrid 4 door for $12,000 with just over 16,000mi. in perfect shape. I'm 41 years of age, with no kids, and am very fascinated with hybrids. Wise decision yes, or no?

Question Model Year Glitches?

Also, are there any differences, meaning less or more problems with a specific model year? Like the '03 I'm considering, are there any specific problems for that year, and that year only?

Very good deal indeed. i don't think i ever let one go for that low with that amount of mileage. problems wise i have yet to hear anything bad and i never cam across with any "known" problems during the time i was working there.

Assuming no crash or flood damage historty, etc., snap it up pronto and re-sell it. That's way below book value. One way to be sure is to run a Carfax report on it to be sure there's nothing in the history. It isn;t a foolproof system, but will let you know if there's anyhing bad in the title history.

Hybrids aren't perfect, but they're a hoot to own & operate.
