I do not like the 2006

I think it looks too much like little girl's car or something. Something a girl gets for her sweet sixteen. The olden days they were harder looking, a little bit of toughness.

96 was the best year for the Civic. Anyone disagree?

disagree with you. i think the 2006 model is one of the best looking new cars out there, and I think it is a really the best looking Civic, perhaps ever.

In 5 years when people are tricking out the 06s we will realize this was the banner years for the Civic.

hehe if a girl got a 2006 civic for her 16th birthday then she is spoilt rotten.
I like it, but each to their own taste here. I realise its not everyones cup of tea.

All the car makers have changed the look of their cars now though, and all have moved to a more futuristic look.

It is weird how things cycle. 20 years ago we started with a futuristic looking movement and it progressed, but then I think in the late 90s and such we went back to more traditional looks, and now we are cycling back to the future again.

I think it is very nice and stylish. Do not bash it here on civics forums. That seems wrong.

It is alright. I would prefer to see it a bit tricked up though.

Its a great car overall, the styling is great because you can go so many ways with it, just having the hfp aero kit on mine ads a tougher more sporty look, honda gave us a great car to base our own personnal tastes on.

actually honda under-rated the hp on the si , a factory si was dyno tested and was putting out a bit over 210, for 20k thats a heck of deal.

wonder why they would under rate it?
You'd think they'd want to market the numbers as much as possible.
