Reliable?
Just came back from NOPI
The D17 build and the custom turbo, fuel system, computer set up worked inmaculate, no problems at all!
I drove 460 miles to Atlanta doing between 80 and 100 mph and only used a tank and 3/4's of gas on the way there.
I drove back and forward from the show to the hotel and diner with the guys push the car a few times.
Then on the way back to Orlando another 460 miles but I push the car hard and toyed around with a few high end cars and embarased the shish out of them.
I took the speedometer to the 150 limit and was flying down I-75 for about 50miles straight and only used 2 tanks full of gas by the time I got home.
I'm getting very good gas milage!
I used up 1/8 of oil for the full trip.
Took first place at NOPI
I'm proud of my Vic, and now I'm off to get groceries with it.

You've probably got the best setup for the d17 in the entire country. Hands down unless someone else can step up to the plate. Glad you didn't swap and prove to ppl the D17 CAN BE FAST...... for a price though lol
Very jealous... congrats man.

But a SLK 3000 got in my *** right after and it was hard to shake, that car was hard to shake I had to chnage my setting on my boost controler to high boost 18 psi finnaly it just gave up after 30 miles of speeding but never passed me.
Then I just slowed down and chill the rest of the way.
The wife was not happy
Still have her finger nail prints on her side of the dash.
I was loaded besides my fiber glass box subs etc I had lugage a tent and passenger.
I stoped at a rest place to check if all was OK and I had no problems ,the car started right back and I got on my way.
is your d17 maxed out yet or are you thinking of taking it further?
i mean i know of many d16's hitting 400whp so i dont know why you couldnt

I didn't have any trouble with that, it wasn't that hot while I was driving to Atlanta cause I left at 4am on the morning.
On the way back it was raining and sort of cool.
I got lucky
the day of the show was very hot but the car didn't moved.
American Motorsports in north orlando is a great source for the fuel and nitrous.
CTF have it too.
