what size vaccum line do i use to connect from the internal wastegate to the turbo itself?

It depends on what size the fitting is. It could be 3/16, or it could be 1/4. Its not standard.

Why are you connecting from the turbo to the wastegate? Do you have a boost controller?

Well i thought i was supposed to connect from the wastegate to the turbo because it is an internal wastegate

i hope this isnt going on your car. if so you might want to consider taking your set up off. not trying to be mean or anything but you might ruin your car if you dont know what your doing.
