NEED HElp - ASAP
hey guys...
i kinda need some help.really really quick - im gonna b visiting the US n was planning to buy an air intake system but now i cant.
honda civic 1999 lxi
guys i dont have a Intake manifold.i was looking to get a AEM short ram intake OR a AEM V2 cold air intake.
GUYS - DO i need a manifold ?? cant the short ram air intake be fitted normally without a Manifold ???
guys im gonna b leaving soon in another 3 days.we don get AEM performance parts here n im scared if i wait i might not get to b so close to get a AEM.
i need to knw- please any help will b much appreciated....
do i really need a manifold for a Short ram Air intake ? AEM ?

No. It will go right over the throttle body with a rubber cuppler. All the hoses should fit directly to the intake in the spots given on it. You dont need a manifold for an intake!!! EVER!!!

Thank you civy...i went over to the performance shop today n he said i dont need a manifold.so tht was good.im finally settling for the Aem V2 cold air intake for my car.... n might get some Hawk HPS brake pads.
wht good performance pads would u reccomend ???

bro the one u chose for me - its for a EX CIVIC .....

Any break pads with "ceramic-Kevlar" in my opinion are the ****!!!

All AEM's & I think some Hawk pads use this just look around.

aem rips you off so bad with their intakes, i think its a waste to get it from them
