worth it?
worth it?
how hard would it be to change the interior of my car from the tan to the dark interior. i'm thinking getting all the interior parts from a wrecked car would be the best bet?
ya finding parts is what i was worried about.. what about painting the interior trim.. how does that look when its done? personally i think i'm better off finding parts for the next while and slowly building the collection until i have all the parts..

Personally, I wouldn't paint the trim, especially the dash. Dye it or have it dyed. And yes, good luck finding your parts. Junk yard parts will most likely be faded unless you can find a freshly wrecked ride. They're exposed to the elements 24/7, not to mention they might even have been exposed to rain if the windows are busted. I'd try to find someone selling at least front seats where they've put racing seats in. Another option is to go leather. Katzkin offere replacements for the stock seat covers(you remove the stock tan covers down to the foam and then install the katzkins, it's what I had in my black civic and they looked completely stock), and I'm sure you could talk them into throwing in some extra leather of the same color for the door panels. Then all you'd have to do is dye the dash pieces. www.katzkin.com is their site.
