sub to box-box to amp

sub to box-box to amp
ok dont make fun of my cause im not technical with sound systems...what kind of wire do i use to connect the sub to box and the box to the amp....i got one of those terminals for the box but i have no clue how to connect it....pls details on the type of connectors or wut not to use. thanks

for the inside of the enclosure, you can use those adapters that have push terminals. i dont know what their called but they use a male connector and you would crimp on the female connector on the speaker wire end so it plugs in perfectly.
