You might wanna put a new HG and some arp head studs in there, for good measure.
I think you will need around 10 psi to make 200whp, but there are so many variables, it is hard to give a definate answer.

You should also do the Vtec head swap and while you at it build the head with all the crower parts. Turbo Stage 2 Cam, Valves, Valvesprings, Retainers and maybe even go as far as port n polish.

Rep Power: 251 Im putting a custom kit togethor but the only thing is I have an automatic. But my goal is 200whp (it's easy for a manual but an auto???). I know there is like 1 or 2 7thgens on here that dynod at 170whp @ 7psi. Do you guys think that 200whp is possible for an auto?

A T3/T4 will be fine beleive it or not. You will be highway king.
