I know i can diy but i dont really want to waste money on tools i'll probably only use once.

I'm located near cerritos and i'll try anywhere near a 30min drive radius.

doesn't look like anyone is interested. I guess i'll just do it myself. Anyone know if home depot or such would at least cut the pieces for me for a charge?
