Bought filter for V2 but doesnt fit.. why

On the V2, how big is the outlet, and how big should the inlet of the filter be?

someone said 2.75 inch, and someone else said 3" which is it? i need a filter for my V2 but forgot the size

phuviano has a spectacular aura aboutphuviano has a spectacular aura about
according to aem's website it says 3.5"

http://www.aempower.com/pdf/aem_dryf...take_chart.pdf

I could have sworn it said 3" when I took it off to clean my filter about 2 weeks ago. Anyways, I would stick to what aem says.

3.5" is the way to go. Its on the last page of that pdf, and they reference the new dryflow filter, but either way, any fitler should be the same size.

thanks, yea i ordered a 3" and they sent me a 3" supposedly but i measured the inlet of the filter it came up short @ 2.75" called aem they wouldnt refund but they would give me half off on a 3.5" so i ended up paying 25 bucks shipped for the dry flow.

thanks
