finally, some updates for everyone. pics inside.
well, ive been boosted for about a month now. I love my setup, and i have several people to thank. but first things first, pics..i donated my digital camera a few days prior to installing everything, and im broke now so i wont be buying one for a month or so. so until then 1.3 MP cell phone pics it is.
first and foremost

yea, thats not happening with my lead foot. boiler actually increased his MPG, but he has self control.
here is my car feeling like a million bucks next to some soon to be porsche race cars...

my buddy welding some stuff for me, while i drooled over race-ready porsches at his shop

interior, note the placement of boost controller and t.timer. Gauges are defi boost on left and aem wideband on the right.

everything off..

sick *** dezod EL manifold jet-hot coated to look extremely sexy...

i like cell phone pics, you cant tell how FILTHY my engine bay is.

lack of dumptube
it's being made as i type.
thats all i have for now. if i have time i'll borrow a good camera tomorrow and take better pics. I have a plethora of problems that im still in the process of fixing. Primarily a crucial oil leak. I think my pan is either warped or cracked. replacing the rubber gasket (non vtec motors use a steel pan, as opposed the the aluminum ex/hx pans) did nothing. Oil appears to be leaking from the edge of the pan, not where it mates with the block. problem #2, one of the runners on the manifold is dangerously close to the upper radiator hose, I ordered a new water passage unit and is at a local machine shop being customized to have the pipe reroute the hose away from the manifold. and finally, the car needs a tune very badly, but im broke, so it's gonna have to wait a little longer. So until then im working on fixing the problems. Otherwise the car runs great, it pulls very nicely and i can imagine how much better it will be once it gets a good tune.
fitting of the manifold was fun to say the least...BEST PIC EVER, lol

Thanks to everyone that helped me during the planning stages of everything;
tfnaaf, boilermaker1, abmerop18, our awesome site vendors dezod & SLP, my local 7thgen crew. If i forgot you, im sorry. either way, a thousand thanks guys.

thanks guys, to answer some questions, i used an SF intercooler with 2 sf charge pipes, the rest is custom and bastardized by yours truely. it is all 2.25 and 2.5 where it would fit. Justin, the housing is still in the works. and yea...my car is the little DX that could..
