But one morning I found my window smashed and the door wide open, yet noalarm sounded. when I went to get my cd player installed a few places told me they couldn't remove the factory head unit w/o affecting the alarm/keyless entry. I guess they were right. So, what the F@#K do I do to fix this!!!!

Check up,.. if you drive an EX then it is possible that you only have keyless entry and not an alarm. this is the reason why no alarm sounded.

If I just have keyless entry will it still honk when I lock the doors?

Yes it will honk with just keyless, it should honk after the second time you hit the lock button. Also, if you do have the alarm, it is possible to break the window and hit the unlock button, open up the door, and never have the alarm sound. Peace

not with mine, of course its not the OEM alarm

don't buy the oem alarm, ever!

edit: oh and the radio-keyless entry thing is a MYTH! that only affected earlier civics (5th gen i believe)
