Horn acting weird when the A/C is on or at high speeds?

I have only used mine once, but now that you mention it, it did sound kind of funny...like it would if the car was turned off, and you were just running it off of the battery, which was running low on juice. I thought maybe I just didn't push down hard enough. I'll have to try it again.
