Forget the s2000. I bet that golf cart was a damn good race. Those things are so freakin light..... j/p

Nice *** color. love the paint and exhaust. Also the gauges in the middle. I had one there in my Suby, but moved it to the side. Its a good spot, and pretty easy to see from there. Was much better than I imagined it would be.

Keep up the nice work. once you get launching down, youll be seeing some looow times. I understand the taking it easy off the line though. I had to do that at 10psi in my 01 lx when I had it.

Were those your timeslips? What was your best time and trap?

Ok, nevermind. I just read the other thread and it said your best was a 14.4 @96. Did you turn down the boost from the dyno of over 300 whp? Because if you are breaking 300 whp, even with fiberglass in the trunk, your trap is going to be a hell of alot better than 96. I only made 250 whp and my best trap was 106. Even with an additional 300 lbs, if you're putting down 50 more whp, you should be somewhere near that....I am not hating on you, Hector, but you said 300 whp the first time with a dyno that said 250. Then you said over 300 again and never posted a dyno. Now you show a 14 second timeslip with a 96 mph trap. Just doesn't add up......
It doesn't do much for your credibility, honestly. People may not like me and think that I'm an a$$ and that's cool, but I don't imbellish my numbers at all....

Thank you for the constructive critizism.
I don't take it bad at all, we all are here to learn and push the d17fordward.

I explained before that two of the manifold bolts broke during the dyno sesion we got 310 hp then pressure droped during the run.
We tried again but we knew something was wrong.

We found out that the studs holding the manifold broke under 18psi so we lowered back to 14psi and I took the car home.
That was the end of my last tuning sesion.
I repaired the problem rectifed the manifole and use bigger ARP studs then went to the track.
So tuning is a bit off, psi is down to 14 and we didn't get a dyno sheet.

The car is on the lift right now we checking for miscelaneous bolts and leaks if any, so far all looks good.
The head valves where too close to the limit so that also affects the bottom line on first and second.
We are adjusting that as well.

Look I'm doing this the right way.
If you are looking for a 12sec honda hero with a broken car I'm not your guy!
My car will be running on high boost for many years to come and looking good while doing it, I may add, I'll eventualy get 12's and so.

There will be many runs to come and if the engine is holding like it is then as soon as I get some axels and fullfilled my sponsors duties then I'll get rid of the box and such, then we'll see.

I still need brakes and other also important things for a high performance car.
Hell I just installed a full set of shocks coil overs.$$$$

I don't embelish my numbers so I'm showing my slips and dyno charts.
I'm yet to see anyone elses that look better than mine.
Please post your most recent slips and dyno charts out of a perfectly running car then we'll take the time disecting all the numbers and see what we can learn from each other.
Like we know that stock axels and trany are strong enought to support 300hp in the streets when used responsibly, because it held with all that wheight while taking the hardest of abuse at the track.

I don't have pics of my slips unfortunately. The printing was way too light to even scan, I tried. But, with BFG DR's, my best to date was a 13.8 et, 106 mph trap, 2.35 60'. The track I ran on was terrible and I had full pressure in my tires. I was running about 13-ish psi on a perfect tune. The car was running perfectly and consistantly gave high 13's. With lower pressure in the tires and better track conditions, it should have yielded a low 13, maybe high 12. This was as of my most recent tuning session with 247 whp.

Is a #10 stud 1.75 thread 1.25" long you'll need 5 plus the lug nuts
I paid $60 my mechanic had them.
You'll have to bore out and retherad the existing hole.
Be carefull not to dig so deep and puncure a water jacket.
You'll have to order them from Summit

Nope, no slips to show. But I think there are alot of people around here that have seen my dynos and know what my car is capable of, not to mention several members that have seen my car at the track.

My car is in my garage, waiting for the engine to be rebuilt....by me.
