any way to keep a/c with intercooler piping?
Hi, i purchased a universal intercooler piping kit and i was looking at my engine today when i saw that the air condition might be in the way if i put the piping on. Is there anyway to keep my a/c and still be able to mount all the intercooler and the piping on? I have an automatic civic if that matters. Let me know. Thanks.

well given that the overwhelming majority of boosters still have AC, I'd have to go with yes.
Either do it all from the right side, or do it like TSI and go to the extreme left of the car, up and over to the throttle.
I have no idea what a "universal" intercooler pipe kit is, but I can tell you that universal isn't gonna cut it. You're gonna need to have pipes made to fit YOUR turbo and YOUR intercooler if you want anything to work like it should.

i havent seen a single person that had to remove the AC to run their IC pipes. I mean hell, theres those of us running all 2.5" piping without any problems.
If you think you have to remove your AC to run the IC pipes, and that theres no other way...... get somebody else to do your car because your either....
1.) not experienced enough to do this
or
2.) Dont have the creativity to do it
Im not insulting you.... just giving advice. Most people cannot build parts like this. If they could, there would be no point for complete 'kits' because everyone would build it themselves (like me

Find a fab shop, walk in the door and have then weld up IC pipes. Its much easier to do everything in your car, because then it fits. If someone does it in their car, unless everything is absolutely lined up the same (which it prolly isn't) then it won't fit right.

Dezod, I seriously think you should have a size 42 font message in your sig that says "I AM A FREAKING STORE!! CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR PRICES!!!"
It may keep people people from asking for prices on things that are listed right on your site in every single thread
