While taking apart my right front strut the cap that covers the ball bearings was surface rusted to the top plate. So about 15 or so bearings fell out in my garage floor. I cleaned the dirt and put them back in the bearing race and stuck the cap back on. Should I be worried of any problems or do I need to get a new bearing plate???

If it were me that happened to, I'd drop a turd right there and run to the Honda dealership ASAP and get new ones. Just me though, I'm paranoid

well there's 18 ball bearings in there IIRC, make sure the race is pretty full when you put it back together. as far as dirt and ****, soak the ***** in laquer thinner to clean them, then let them dry, and drop them back into the bearing races, before you close the bearing, fill it with grease.
