well usually people get 160-180whp running low to mid boost upto 8psi. it all depends on how good your tune is and if you have other engine mods like pnp head, cam, etc. SF went out of business, and their kits are no comparison to dezods. the dezod kit was actually tested/tuned on our specific car for performance. if i remember, their auto trans kit made 150whp at 8psi which is pretty nice.just do the fuel system right and get a good tune.

p.s. To give you an idea. About a week ago I've had a quick race with a regular 2002 wrx (looked to me like it), we went from stop to about 50mph. We were more-less even, and then wrx had to make a turn...

to beat a sti, u will have to probably get a swap k20, with greddy turbo kit, or now hks came out with a new kit for k series. it will give ya about 320whp.
swap with a turbo kit will run ya about $10,000, and its not a smart *** anwser, its the truth.... j/k

Off the line you will never beat an STI or an EVO. Just on highway runs.

Never say never.
Off the line they fly, due to AWD
I'd say its going to be very difficult.

Power is nothing without traction. Especialy with short gearing like EX, 1st gear fast launch is clutch frying for me.
Slicks will help, but not for daily driving.

i closed your first thread for a reason and i was even nice enough to refer you to a link. next time, instead of looking for easy answers by making new threads, do some research by using the SEARCH button.
