Tein Basics camber adjustment?

I was wondering if you still need a camber kit for the front if you have tein basics. Can you just put a shim on the bolts and adjust?

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

well you need room to shim the bolts first, which would necessitate the need for camber bolts.
