Hey all, Just got this in my e-mail the other day, I dont go on the highway often, but figured I would give you all an FYI!

Illinois will begin using photo radar in freeway work zones in July. Second offense tickets are $1,000 with license suspension. Beginning in July the State of Illinois will use speed cameras in areas designated as "Work Zones" on major freeways. Anyone caught by these devices will be mailed a $375.00 ticket for the FIRST offense, but the SECOND offense will cost $1000.00 and comes with a 90-Day suspension. Drivers will also receive demerit points against their license, which allows insurance companies to raise their rates. This represents the harshest penalty structure yet for a city or state using PHOTO enforcements. The State will begin with TWO camera vans issuing tickets in work zones with speed limits lowered to 45 MPH. Photographs of both the Driver's face and License plate are taken.

This was news a while back (months ago). Sucks don't it?

I'm thinking about getting tint on my windshield.. not sure if it's worth it or not, even with my light tints backing up can be tricky sometimes on dark nights. Maybe they have a tint to give a slight reflection of the sky (without the ghetto chrome look) but also without adding much darkness to the viewer.

I am getting really paranoid about big -*******- brother tracking us everywhere we go, taking pictures automatically ect. Personally, makes me want to rebel.. radar jammers & tints are a good start.

If a police man catches me doing somthing stupid, hey fine.. I deserve my ticket. I don't think I'll be able to handle the camera tickets machines too well myself. I'm sure I'll get one eventually.

LOL, nothing too crazy, I have been working on my computer latley, so been a little busy w/ that, otherwise, just collecting parts for the spring! going next week to pick up a front lip to go w/ the sides and rear I got from ya! Then I need to pick up my CF dash and center concole, my auto meter gauges (adding 2 more, I know, in nutz! ) and I need to get a hold of a new intake cone for my SRI. Other wise, just working full time and looking to enrole in university of Phoenix Online, and my knee is back to working again, so im at the gym again! w00t! so yea, we need to start planning a meet pritty quick here! springs a commin!

Iv'e got a pretty neat little filter for the intake if you want it. It a monster flow filter. hit me up sometime and we'll meet up. Mondays and Thursdays the wifey work late. So those days are best.

holy tickets! i dont know of anyone who slows down to 45mph in work zone. there are gonna be alot of $$ being spent on tickets.

nobody does.. i dnt know y,, kinda weird.. a lot of drivers go fast.. so just go with it..
