Hesitation?

I find when I take off in cold weather with the engine cold I experience a momentary hesitation when I accelerate after the 1-2 shift. This never happens when the engine is warm. Has anyone else had this problem? I look forward to hearing your comments!

I don't have a hesitation but when I start going in the morning and engine isn't warm yet, my clutch is not so smooth. (car jerks slightly like I'm a new driver or something)
