yea those are oem one's, not for the ex models though, what do u mean cut your bumper out, there should be black filler pieces where the foglights should be
It's OEM replicas, not exact OEM. Real OEM would cost you much more.
I'm thinking of getting myself a set, but dont know what the quality is.
It's OEM fitment, so you don't need to cut anything.

they wont come with installation steps lol, just use the DIY for the removal of the bumper and the DIY for installing fogs if there is one, or just ask someone how to install them

The switch may not fit correctly, the harness may be too short. Some replica lights fit good, some have these issues. To know the difference, the oem lights have a shroud around the bulb. These do not. You pay for the quality and fitment of oem parts. Get install instructions from most honda parts websites.

www.hondaautomotiveparts.com also sells real Honda parts, but more specific pieces not just accessories. Need an input shaft, or center console? They have it.
Theres no question of quality for these 2 sites.
