Wet or Dry shot of nos??
my friend is sellin a zex dry 50-75 shot kit for $400 its got everything with it, im j/w if i can get a better brand/product. witch is better? also what company is the best, or other mods i might need.. "i already have a AEM CAI, megan header and megan cat less test pipe."
wet shots are considerably safer due to the fact that extra fuel delivered with a wet system reduces the hazzard of running lean with a dry system. you can juice it safely with a dry system here and there, but a wet system will most likely keep your engine much healthier long-term if you plan on pressing the button frequently
throwing $400 towards temporary power but overworking the engine is a concern, whereas you could save a few extra bucks and go with a wet system (i believe sneaky pete glovebox-sized setups are about $600-700, not sure on exact price)...

I'm not 100% "nitrous-samrt" i guess you would say,.. so,....wet = nitrous connected to fuel line or w/e? and dry is where its connected to intake, at some point? Im prolly wrong
, but regardless,...I wouldnt do nitrous at all ....."bottles are for babys"

well i was gunna do turbo cuz i have $3500 right now, but i started thinking.. i need around $5,000 for turbo and tune, or i can spend wayyy less on more stuff like, full suspention, noz,cf hood, cf trunk, body kit, and racing seats and still not have spent $5,000. not only that im not keeping my car forever so i dont wanna waste the $. i just wanna safe up for a stock turbo/fast car in the future.. so what companys are the best for a 50-75 wet shot? zex, nx express?

the stuff you want wont make your car that much faster, mainly the nos will but that gets expensive too with the refills and you could blow your engine with it also

yeah, thats what they all say until they get their a$$es handed to em by someone on the bottle...and most of those who say that havent even ever tried nitrous before
nitrous shaved over 2 seconds off my all motor 1/4 mile time...keep in mind that most of power is low end so therefore you're gonna have most of your acceleration in the 1/8 mile and you're gonna whoop a$$ on the street if you can keep traction.

Dollar for dollar, you simply can't beat nitrous power wise. Even if us nitrous poeple were to race turbo cars, we can give the poeple running normal boost 7-8 psi, a run for their money.

haha how do you figure? I bought my kit NEW from jegs for $550 plus a bottle heater which is essential for $120 or so. Lets say you hit the button alot and fill your bottle up once a month. 40 x 12 = $480.
550 + 120 + 480 = $1150. Show me a turbo kit for our car that costs under 1200 that can beat our civic with a 75 shot.
Year two 1150 + 480 = $1630

I can build a turbo kit with all new parts for under $1k easily. I have done it with all of my turbo kits.
And i have yet to see a 7thgen on a 75 shot go 13's. And on my $500 turbo kit, i went 13.6 @ 102 mph.

So then you had about 10 minutes of fun for that $500 + fill ups in that entire year?
I had 2 years of fun with my turbo kits.
