are u allowed to go to traffic school twice during the 18 month period? becoz i went to traffic school during the summer of 2005, and i just got a ticket and the cop said that i am allowed to goto traffic school twice during the 18 month.. but im not too sure, so, i wanted to ask u guys...

i was told that too when i got a second ticket within that period. but when i went to pay the ticket and asked the clerk. she said the only way you could get to take traffic school again is if you see the judge and the judge grants it to you. other than that, youd have to be a truck driver. not really sure how all that works. but thats just what the clerk said.

as for what i know working at alhambra courthouse, youre only allowed one traffic school every period, unless the judge/commissioner allows for a second. but hey, if you took it twice and they allowed it NICEEE....... haha

i thought it was if you got aonther ticket within 18 months period.. youre license is suspended? 714 area.. so i dont know if it applies

if you want to take another one within that month you WILL have to talk to the judge/commissioner. Taking it twice is not a option, unless granted. if the judge doesnt grant that request, it means you get 1 point. sorry bro insurance $$$$ gonna go up for a while =\

and there is no such thing as getting your licence suspended for having two tickets in that period, that just doesnt make any sence unless it's a misdeminor, DUI, Possession of a Weed/bong/etc., under influence of controled substance, crap like that.
