well just recently i just put in my spc front camber kit that i bought with the rear awhile back, but now i just installed the front camber bolts. but after i did that i road tested it and started to her a clicking/ticking noise like my steering kuckle is bouncing up and down, whenever i made left turns. no matter how small the left turn was it still made the nosie, but the noise only comes when i let go of the gas. the ticking/clicking nosie doesnt make the noise whenever i accelerate, and brake. also whenever i coast i can also hear a swueaking nosie coming from the driver side also where the clicking/ticking nosie is coming from. this is a rotaional nosie but i dont think it would be the axle would it? because if it were to be the axle wouldnt it make that clicking nosie even when i brake and accelerate? and lifted the car on a rack at my work(walnut creek ford....yes i am a technician working at a ford dealership) and i still couldnt find anything out of the ordinary while it was in drive, and with the wheels moving while in the air.

i think i left out some details but here it is for now, any help is much appreciated.

try using wd40 and spraying everywhere, especially the camber kit in the front, like the bolt and the springs.
