ok, i have only had it for 3 days and had 15 people over for xmas dinner so its a little dirty and i dont have pics of the den or other bedrooms that are just full of boxes.

anyways

i live in a construction zone now....downside of getting in early, still no fence and only one neighbor in the cul de sac.

i live in peoria. if you look at the link and follow 67th ave until it ends...my house is in that area....about 6 miles off the 101, a major freeway. my house isnt on the map yet so ignore the star. its about 25 mins from the hockey and new football stadium and about 20 mins to a major mall and dining.

with all upgrades it was 317 for 1900 sq ft in a cul de sac however, the base price has gone up 60k since i signed....base is now 341 for my home.
